Who are we?
cda is a commercially dynamic consultancy that has established a reputation for 'taking HR into the boardroom'. We form strong client partnerships at
a strategic level and have a notably high retention rate in all of our four divisions: organisation development and change management; training and
development; executive search and selection services; psychometric assessment.
Based in Leeds, cda focuses on working with well-known blue chip organisations throughout the UK and Europe, helping them to improve their performance
- and bottom line - by aligning their people with their business objectives. We concentrate on developing tailored solutions, operating as an integral
part of the client’s business to deliver practical programmes that drive real change.
Noted for introducing the use of customer research to identify the skills and behaviours required from customer-facing staff, cda is ISO9001
accredited and, equally unusual for a consultancy, we satisfaction survey clients at the end of each project and publish the results.
