cdafeedback is designed around the client organisation’s own competencies or performance criteria. It gathers information from a range of peers, direct reports and external contacts nominated by an individual employee and his or her manager. It provides an efficient, automated way of gathering and summarising this data into an individual feedback report.

360 questionnaire
We work with our clients to tailor the question set for each 360 project to reflect the things that really matter for job performance. If the organisation already has a competency framework we develop questions to reflect the competency set for the role(s) concerned.

If there isn't already a clear set of agreed behaviours, skills and knowledge that can form the basis for feedback, we work with the client to agree this as a first step in the process.

The reporting process
A ©cdafeedback report typically pulls together feedback from the individual's manager, peers, direct reports and external contacts (such as customers or suppliers). It also includes a self-assessment - so the participant can compare his or her views with those of colleagues and peers.

The report provides a summary of the results against each set of questions for each category of respondent. This approach provides the appropriate level of feedback for the individual so they can identify development needs against each competency, whilst also protecting the confidentiality of responses.

The feedback process
The 360 report also provides a high level summary for the whole participant group. This allows our clients to analyse and track patterns of competence or performance - identifying training or organisational development needs.

We work with our clients to help them to structure the feedback process to make it as constructive and positive as possible, resulting in enhanced levels of self-awareness, confidence and interpersonal relationships.

User options
According to the level of functionality required, there are two options to support clients’ use of cdafeedback:

Supported User
cda set up individual participants on the system, monitor the feedback process, handle any questions from participants or respondents and download the final cdafeedback reports to email to the client administrator.

Independent User
This offers the opportunity for us to train one of your team to use the cdafeedback website. S/he will then be able to set up individual participants, monitor the feedback process, handle questions from participants or respondents and download the final cdafeedback reports. Support will be available from cda if s/he has any queries or problems.
