  ©cdafeedback Tour - Page 1 of 3

There are three key roles in the process:
  • 'Participant' - the person who is seeking feedback about their performance
  • 'Respondent' - the people who give the participant feedback (we recommend 8-12)
  • 'Client' - the employing organisation. There will normally be a 'Client Administrator' who will manage the feedback process as a whole.
This tour provides some snapshots of the screens that Participants and Respondents see as they complete cdafeedback.

©cdafeedback is based around a number of feedback criteria: these may be competencies, areas of skill or knowledge, performance standards or other factors which drive performance in roles.

The nominated administrator sets up the Participants. Each Participant then receives an email inviting them to nominate Respondents and to complete the questionnaire for his/her own self-assessment.
